Dubai Hot Air Balloon Experience

You will catch the rising sun at 4,000 feet on an airborne adventure, viewing the vast expanse of golden sand dunes from the comfort of a gentle Hot-air balloon ride. See roaming camels, galloping gazelles and the mighty Arabian Oryx in their natural habitat. Let some of the world’s most experienced Pilots take you on a ride of a lifetime.

Once you land, you will be driven in a land rover car to our private camp in desert conservation reserve where you will have the chance to freshen up at clean, private bathrooms. Breakfast will be a scrumptious selection of delicacies such as hand-cut smoked salmon and caviar.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The entire outing normally takes about 4-5 hours with limited access to restrooms.
• All efforts are made to be in the air at sunrise, but this cannot always be guaranteed
• The balloon flies with the wind, which determines direction and distance, so the views differ from flight to flight. Visibility is completely dependent on weather conditions.
•  Children less than five years of age not allowed.
• Ladies more than three months pregnant not allowed. 
• Anyone that has had major surgery in the last 6 months not allowed.
• Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries not allowed. 
• Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles
• Before Photographing of any local residents, kindly ask their permission
• Photographing of local ladies is not permitted
• Schedules are likely to change during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Please contact us for updates.
• Meals are based on food only basis, any beverages (alcoholic / non-alcoholic) will be charged as per consumption and to be paid directly at the spot. When mentioned during visits, lunch will be provided
• As you will have to climb in and out of the basket, wearing a skirt or a long dress is not advisable.
• Avoid high-heeled shoes. Trainers are ideal.

1. Our dispatch is done daily. Depending on the different locations pickups of other guests, our vehicle will pick you between 4:00 AM to 4:30 AM.
2. The vehicle would arrive at anytime in between the said timings, unless due to any unavoidable circumstances such as traffic conditions, mishap or in case of any other delay.
3. The vehicle will wait at the MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES for the guest, so as the other guests at the next pick up location are not delayed.
4. We encourage you to provide us your whatsapp, local mobile number,room number so that our customer service could contact you.

1. All cancellations must be made before atleast 48 hours before pick up time
2. If you are eligible for any refund, the amount would be returned to your account within 25 business working days.
3. Tickets once issue would cannot be cancelled.
4. Kids age 3 years and below are non-chargeable.
5. Please note that age for 4 years old would be charge as an adult and would include adult charges.
