1. Our dispatch is done daily. Depending on the different location’s pickups of other guests Hotel or Dubai Mall.
2. Our drop off location is Emirates Mall, Dubai Mall, Burjuman & Deira City Center
3. The vehicle would arrive at any time in between the said timings, unless due to any unavoidable circumstances such as traffic conditions, mishap or in case of any other delay.
4. The vehicle will wait at the MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES for the guest, so as the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.
5. We encourage you to provide us your WhatsApp, local mobile number, room number so that our customer service could contact you.

• All cancellations must be made before at least 24 hours before departure time.
• If you are eligible for any refund, the amount would be returned to your account within 7 business working days.
• Tickets once issue cannot be cancelled.
• Kids aged 3 years and below are non-chargeable.
• Please note that age for 4 years old would be charge as an adult and would include adult charges.
