1. The yacht will wait at the MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES for the guest.
2. Even if the departure will be delayed due to guests late arrival the starting time as per scheduled will still be followed. 
3. We encourage you to provide us your whatsapp, local mobile number,room number so that our customer service could contact you.

1. All cancellations must be made before atleast 48 hours before pick up time
2. If you are eligible for any refund, the amount would be returned to your account within 7 business working days.
3. Tickets once issue would cannot be cancelled.
4. Kids age 3 years and below are non-chargeable.
5. Please note that age for 4 years old would be charge as an adult and would include adult charges.
