IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• The stop at the Jumeirah Mosque does not include a guided entrance of the Mosque, but if guests want to enter, the Mosque is only open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and & Thursdays. The mosque is closed on Fridays.
• Ladies visiting the Mosque are required to cover their head with scarf and not wear shorts, beachwear or sleeveless outfits as they are to be fully covered.
• Men visiting the Mosque should wear long trousers.
• Our tour operates every day including Friday, but on Friday the National Museum of Dubai is closed in the morning, and guests will not be able to visit it. (No refund will be given for that)

09:00 am – Departure from meeting point (Dubai Internet City Metro Exit 2)
09:15 am – Jumeirah Beach photo stop
09:45 am – Jumeirah Mosque visit
10:10 am – Marjan Gallery visit
10:30 am – Museum visit
11:10 am – Abra station
11:20 am – Spice Souq and Gold Souq visit
01:30pm – Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa visit

1. Our dispatch is done daily. depending on the different location’s pickups of other guests Hotel or Dubai Internet City Metro (Exit 2). 
2. Our drop off location is Dubai Mall.
3. The vehicle would arrive at any time in between the said timings, unless due to any unavoidable circumstances such as traffic conditions, mishap or in case of any other delay.
4. The vehicle will wait at the MAXIMUM OF 5 MINUTES for the guest, so as the other guests at the next pick-up location are not delayed.
5. We encourage you to provide us your WhatsApp, local mobile number, room number so that our customer service could contact you.

• All cancellations must be made before Up-to 72 hours. otherwise, full charge applicable. 
• If you are eligible for any refund, the amount would be returned to your account within 7 business working days.
• Tickets once issued would not be cancelled.
• Please note that age for 4 years old would be charge as an adult and would include adult charges.  
• Kids aged 3 years and below are non-chargeable.
